Pamela Dawes is Managing Partner of Chadwick, a six partner, 60 staff practice operating in Manchester and Liverpool. In 2000 they decided on a new client services strategy, and adopted Courses on Disk CD-ROM training to help them train partners, managers and seniors to produce high quality client reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Pamela explained the rationale behind her firm's new approach, and spoke of the use of Courses on Disk's CD-ROM training:
"We liked Courses on Disk for three reasons; they are written specifically for accountants, they show us the software actually working, and we can run them at any time. Because we needed to train all our seniors, managers and partners on Word, we decided to buy each person their own copy of the course."
