If any course CD-ROM is found to be damaged when you receive it, we will replace it free of charge.
If a course CD-ROM is damaged after you receive it we will happily replace it for a nominal handling charge of £20.00.
We will ask you to return the damaged CD-ROM by Recorded or Registered Post to ensure that we receive it.
