This course assumes no prior knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator. Using Internet Explorer and Outlook Express it concentrates on three main areas: the use and management of e-mail; using the Internet to find information useful to accountants, both on the World Wibe Web and in Newsgroups; and the principle issues behind website design. The course also covers collaboration over the Internet using Microsoft NetMeeting. If you want to formalise your knowledge of the Internet and communicate knwledgeably with managers, staff and clients, this is a course for you.
